The Aero Training Facility - A new concept of gymnastics training which combines Artistic Gymnastics and Trampoline. We offer an innovative "Aero Training System" which consists of tailor-made training equipment including "Special-Sized Trampoline", "In-wall Detachable Horizontal Bar cum Uneven Bars", "Still Rings Set" and "Aerial Awareness System".

Story of our "Aero Training Facility"
The concept of "Aero Training Facility" was inspired by Prof. HE Xin Guang, the Guangzhou Sports University Professor and FIG's Expert in Artistic Gymnastics (Teacher of Chinese Gymnastics Legend Mr. LI Ning). In order to solve the constraint of the tradition training method and facilities, a complex system with artistic gymnastics and trampoline was established during the founding of "Inovian Sport Training".
The system emphasizes on the building Aerial awareness during Horizontal bar, Uneven Bars and Still Rings training. Together with the Special-Sized trampoline, the pre-junior gymnasts could train basic to complex skills with high degree of safety. Also the system is detachable which different bars set can be installed and interchanged in different height which is beneficial to the gymnasts with different ages and genders.
The system has showed very high effectiveness in gymnastics training. Many local gymnasts were trained under this innovative system, and became the elite gymnasts in Hong Kong and other countries.
