2011
INOVIAN SPORT TRAINING
After leaving full time job in The Central Banking Institute - Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), Our founder Joseph created Inovian Sport Training. Obtaining the Hong Kong Men's Artistic Gymnastics L2 Coach qualification
2015
AERO TRAINING FACILITY
In order to deal with lack of supplementary training in the private sector market in Hong Kong Gymnastics Industry, the gymnastics designated training equipment center "Aero Training Facility" was set up in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong.
It was named by the inspiration of Prof. HE Xin Guang
2016
Exploration in Japan
On a two-year leave for his personal exploration. Joseph left Hong Kong and headed to Japan. Joining as junior coach of KANSAI ACTION ACTORS, Osaka Japan. Started training high performance girls for the first time as a life long MAG coach. Registered as a listed coach in Japan Gymnastics Association and Osaka Gymnastics. Various awards were achieved by girls and boys in the Osaka Open Competition and Challenge and Dream (CD) Competition. Obtaining the FIG Academy L1 MAG Coach qualification
2017
Exploration in Canada
After graduating KANSAI ACTION ACTORS before returning to Hong Kong, joining the famous Hagoromo Gymnastics Club for the rest of the remaining VISA period. Summer camp coach in Gym Rep Montreal Canada
2018
HK MAG Talent Boys Team
Returning back to Hong Kong. Joining HK MAG Talent Boys Team to cover the vacancy of coach Mr. LEE Tak Ming. Started the first Japan excursion during summer holiday, the first private club in Hong Kong to go for Japan training. Obtaining the FIG Academy L2 MAG Coach qualification

2023
1st Nittaidai Gymnast
Horigawa Hyuuma. The first Japanese student qualified to the top tier gymnastics university of Nippon Sport Science University (Nittaidai).
After his last Hong Kong Japanese student Sekiguchi Ryusei finished the CD competition in Osaka, Joseph left us and the industry of his own accord.
We wish him every endeavour success in the future. He promised to show up occasionally whenever he is needed in judging or coaching. Don't forget IST is your forever home, you are always welcomed!
My message
Dear all my friends along the way,
To conclude my short gymnastics career , I have no regrets spending my golden age choosing this beautiful sport. Otherwise I would have sat in the glass door office without any special story in my life. I would like to thank all my gymnastics friends and seniors for your kind guidance.
Especially my gymnastics mentor Kobayashi sensei for approving what I did, giving me confidence to move on the path no one was optimistic about. I certainly doubted myself at the very beginning. Although he cannot see the result I achieved today. I hope he can look at my students in their gymnastics career from above. The hospitality of the Japanese gymnastics industry showed me the small steps along the way. I am so grateful to have such precious experiences.
My lifetime mentor Matt Okui sensei who cared for me even when I switched to another club. Calming me the way I used to be mad at several situations. We kept close contact after I returned to Hong Kong. Makoto ni Arigatogozaimashita.
To my lovely Hong Kong students Clifford , Sheldon, Josie, Cara, Ryusei and more, I am so grateful to be your coach. Thanks for the great trust and devotions from parents too. No matter you are still in Gymnastics or not , I wish you can find your own wonderland and never forget about our sweats and tears.
I am so proud of you. You are always my good students !
Last but not least , Thank you Doink for taking up the club so that my lifetime work can extend its destiny.
